Our clients are automatically enrolled in our engagement ring lifetime warranty which covers any of our engagement rings against defects that may be deemed due to faults in manufacturing and not caused by normal levels of everyday wear and tear.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your finished custom designed ring due to any faults in manufacturing or, as a result of design decisions which you felt were not initally disclosed or explained to you, we will redesign and remake your ring at absolutely no additional cost to you.

Engagement Ring Lifetime Warranty

If at any time you detect that your diamonds have, or are coming loose, we will re-tighten them at absolutely no cost to you. Should any diamonds fall out and become lost due to regular wear, we will replace them at no cost to you.
This is limited to diamonds only, from 0.9mm-2.3mm in size.
All centre diamonds and centre gemstones, including but not limited to moissanites, sapphires, tourmalines, semi-precious and precious gemstones are excluded from this coverage.

Wedding Band Warranty

All of our wedding bands are covered by a one year warranty against any defects.

Deposits

No refunds are offered on any deposits or any other monies paid to National Jewel Creations. Deposits may be transferred and/or used as a credit toward future purchases at the discretion of management.
